To feel something intensely means to discover the poles of your own heart, a charge that gives energy to your whole life.

Photographer, painter and jeweller.
I am an artist who uses photography, painting and jewellery to portray life in a direct, authentic and sometimes uncomfortable way. For me, creating is a way to get to know myself better and to look at the world with no filters.

Values in motion: falling, rising, being reborn
Values in motion: falling, rising, being reborn
There is a voice inside me that never stops speaking. It is not loud, it does not shout, but it is stubborn: it pushes me towards what is authentic for me, even when it means changing everything, starting over from scratch, leaving safe environments for territories I do not know, because life, for me, exists only as long as we keep moving. Moving on the outside, but above all on the inside: listening to our own truth, changing direction, starting again when something no longer resembles who we are. Every time I listen to it, something in my life realigns, as if the pieces were finding a new order, closer to who I really am; the moment we stop doing this, the moment we stop listening to ourselves and remain stuck in a life that does not feel like ours, even if we are breathing, we are already dead.
Nature, for me, is the point of departure and return. It is not a backdrop, but the highest form of beauty that exists on our planet: a beauty that holds together birth and death, stillness and violence, light and shadow. This is why I am fascinated by beauty in all its expressions: in the raw moment when a predator kills to survive, in a work of art that shakes you, in a piece of jewelry that holds a glimmer of light. They are different faces of the same vital force that runs through everything.
On my path I never separate what I feel from what I do. Photography, art, jewelry, scientific studies and the dream of a clinic in the heart of Africa are different ways of giving shape to the same inner drive: to protect life, to understand it more deeply, to give something back to it. Through images I try to portray the reality of nature without filters; through genetic research and the project of a clinic immersed in nature I want to work on the roots of the wounds that affect animals, ecosystems and human beings. Every journey, every encounter, every exam, every night spent listening to the dark contributes to building a project that goes beyond my single existence.

Book Hunters
This book was born from the need to transform my experience in Africa into words that can truly touch the reader. I want to show nature as it is, not as we would like it to be, and invite people to reflect on our role on this planet. One third of the proceeds from Hunters will be donated to the Sabi Sands Leopard Project, to support research and conservation of leopards in one of the most important areas in the world for this species.

General donations
Libro Hunters
For me, it is natural to allocate part of the book’s earnings to projects that protect animals, nature and research.I do not want the book to remain just theory: through donations, it also becomes a concrete action towards the world.

My dream is to create a private reserve in Africa with a Biomedical research center dedicated both to wild animals and to genetic research on humans. This is why I am now studying Genetic Biology: it is the first step towards gaining the scientific foundation I need to make this project real.

The Sabi Sands Leopard Project and the Singita Lowveld Trust work with scientific rigor to study and protect one of the bestknown and densest leopard populations in the world, turning sightings, photographs and DNA samples into data that can guide conservation on a global scale.
I have seen their commitment and transparency firsthand, and this is why I want part of the proceeds from Hunters to support these projects: in this way, my book is not just a story to read, but also a concrete way to help big cats and the ecosystems they depend on

When people look at my photographs, they often feel discomfort, sometimes pain or even revulsion. They expect cute animals and a romantic Africa, but are instead confronted with a reality I know intimately.

Storie fotografiche
